When discussing the 2020 program of work, Rick Horbury, Market Development lead for Bayer, has commented, “We’re excited to be completing the last stages of product development of two new products for Australian growers in Mateno® Complete: a new grass and broadleaf pre-emergent and early post-emergent herbicide and Bayer-200: a flexible post-emergent broadleaf herbicide."

"It is important that these products are tested across a large and representative range of weeds, soils types, environmental conditions and grower machinery to ensure that the products will perform for growers as well as they have in the early scientific trials." Rick Horbury

"Therefore, our Market Development team has established trials in key geographies across Australia to ensure that we fully understand the performance of these products and we will look for opportunities to share these trials with advisors so they can also learn the agronomic attributes of these exciting products and how they might assist farmers in their respective areas.”
